Alex has been spot on about my recovery from my knee replacement. I’ve taken exercises in the experience and I do the exercises on a regular day. Awesome improvement. Recently, I had shoulder issues and I requested to have Alex help me here in just after a week I can feel the difference. Much appreciated.

I had a wonderful experience at Select Physical Therapy. I went in with long-term back problems, and I was doubtful that they could even be resolved. But from my first appointment with Andrea, she gave me the confidence that I could feel better through physical therapy. She quickly identified a muscle imbalance, and through a couple months of exercises and hands-on therapy, my back was feeling like I was ten years younger. I was thoroughly impressed with Andrea’s competence and professionalism, and I’d strongly recommend her at Select Physical Therapy.

I’ve been through three physical therapy sessions led by Kelly, but involving others as needed to help guide through exercises. I’m happy with the experience. The front desk staff is very helpful with booking appointments and working through insurance. Kelly is clearly experienced. She listens to you and prompts you for how you are feeling and how the exercises are working. She adjusts things as needed and is very knowledgeable. Overall the place is very professional. Easy parking and a ramp and elevator if stairs are an issue. The place is clean and masks are worn right now.

I came to Select Physical Therapy for elbow pain which was likely tendonitis. My elbow hurt when I opened a door, when I drove, when I opened a jar, etc. Justin was a great PT. My exercise routine was a bit tricky because I have an old shoulder injury that becomes sore if I do any arm exercises that also use the shoulder. Justin was able to show me exercises that greatly improved my elbow without affecting my shoulder. His manner was very easy going and he was easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Select PT and Justin.

I worked with Justin, Olga, and Ying to rehabilitate my shoulder following surgery for a humerus fracture. I made noticeable progress with each session and learned what I could do between/beyond sessions to continue that progress. I am stronger and more flexible now than I was prior to my injury. I strongly recommend this team and their facility!

My physical therapist at Select Physical Therapy - Burlingame conducted an extensive interview (45 minutes) addressing my sciatica diagnosis from my primary care physician. Following the interview, she conducted an analysis of my body movements, flexibility, and arm/leg strength. Finally, she led me through a series exercises and concluded with a printed personalized exercise program which could be accessed through an exercise app. Before leaving the facility, the receptionist furnished a detailed appointment schedule outlining future appointments. I was truly impressed with the professional and through manner in which the entire appointment protocol was handled. Kudos to PT therapist Kayla and receptionist Jenny for doing such an outstanding job. This facility is absolutely the best!!!

I've had a great experience with Select Physical Therapy - specifically Charlene. Throughout the appointment, Charlene was really insightful and asked helpfully probing questions to find out my needs, and inform her recommendations. She was patient, encouraging, and truly listened to my concerns. After listening, Charlene took time to explain her recommendations - walking through each physical therapy exercise with me, making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I felt supported by Charlene, and already feel REAL PROGRESS from her recommendations!
